PRINTS & GIFT GUIDE
Two finishes, the same great artwork. Find the right finish for your wall, collection or gift.
Both finishes feature the same printed artwork and black bevel-edged mount. Framed displays add a black wooden frame and glass, ready to hang. Mounted displays include backing board and a protective wallet, leaving you free to choose your own frame.
You've found the perfect display of your favourite actor, musician or sporting legend. Now there's just one decision left to make. Framed or mounted?
If you're not entirely sure what the difference is, you're not alone. Both options look fantastic, but they offer slightly different ways to enjoy your favourite people and the memories attached to them.
So, before you make your choice, here's what you need to know.
A mounted print is a professionally printed photograph presented inside a precision-cut mount, giving the image a neat, finished border.
At Everything But That, our 10×12-inch mounted displays feature a black, bevel-edged mount that draws the eye towards the image and accompanying details.
Each display is finished with a sturdy backing board and presented in a protective plastic display wallet.
The result is a smart, professional-looking display without the additional bulk of a frame.
And because the display isn't permanently housed inside a frame, you have the freedom to choose one yourself.
Perhaps you've already got a beautiful wooden frame that matches your living room, or you simply prefer to keep your collection together rather than covering every available wall.
A mounted print gives you that flexibility.
Framed on the left. Mounted on the right.
Our framed displays take the same professionally printed, bevel-mounted artwork and place it inside a black wooden frame with glass glazing.
The frame brings everything together, creating a finished piece that's ready to hang on your wall.
There's something about framing a favourite photograph that really elevates it. What might otherwise be tucked away in a collection suddenly becomes part of the room.
Whether it's a musician you've followed for decades, an actor whose films you grew up watching or a sporting hero you'll never forget, a framed display gives them their own little spotlight.
And sometimes, that's exactly what you want.
There's no wrong answer. It really depends on what you want to do with your display.
Both versions feature the same printed artwork and black bevel-edged mount. The main difference is how the finished display is presented.
One thing we've always liked about our displays is that they offer something a little different.
Rather than focusing solely on a photograph and reproduced autograph, many of our designs include details such as the person's name, date of birth and place of birth.
It's almost like a little character profile, giving you more than just a familiar face to look at.
And with a collection covering everything from music and movies to television and sport, there's plenty to discover.
You might be looking for one particular favourite, or perhaps you're building a collection that tells its own story.
Either way, the choice of frame or mount is entirely yours.
If we had to choose, we’d probably go for framed.
There’s something satisfying about seeing the whole display come together inside a black wooden frame, ready to take its place on the wall. It gives the artwork a proper presence and makes it feel like a finished piece.
But we also understand the appeal of collecting mounted displays. Not everyone has endless wall space, and sometimes finding the perfect frame is part of the fun.
Whichever you prefer, both options are designed to give your favourites the attention they deserve.
Some favourites deserve a frame. Others are waiting for the perfect one.
